  • Abstract
    In order to improve the production efficiency of H-Beam and reduce the labor strength of workers, and develop the biggest potential of equipment and possess position in intense market competition. Based on adjustment the roll gap value between the rollers of all rolling mills accurately and quickly by three stands reversible continuous rolling inline, the operating principle of system of roll gap adjusting and the functions were analyzed at first. The subject investigated based on, the least motion time of adjustment electrical motor as main subject, the control mathematical model that match with rolling rules was deduced and plotted by using of the method of X-H during H-Beam rolling. The research achievement provided reference to increase production of H-Beam in engineering.
