Abstract
Patient monitoring in U-Health is everyday closer to be a mature technology. However, there is still a lack of development and safety in areas such as interference problems of sensorpsilas communication and other devicepsilas communication. ISO/IEEE11073 defines the standard for effective network system construction for communication between the host computer and medical equipments under the clinical environment. It is part of a cooperative research effort devoted to the development of an end-to-end standards-based monitoring platform. Standardization committees are working towards adapting the ISO/IEEE11073 standard to emerging health devices market and use case. This work proposal a healthcare platform based ISO/IEEE11073 with power line communication. By using network with power line communication, we will solve the problem of shaded area of wireless communication and problem of frequency interference between expensive and High-tech medical devices in hospital.
