Cleaning up the UK thermal generation fleet is a key challenge, but with challenges come opportunities. Need to address key elements of EU / UK energy policy to deliver the optimal solution. Deciding what to build to close the UK energy gap is still the billion dollar question. Putting in place the correct framework and incentives will provide investor confidence and encourage necessary investment for the UK.
