Abstract :
This paper explores a new design of phase model in speech signal, deducts it´s optimize estimation algorithm and applies it in wideband speech coding algorithm. Based on the characteristic of the un-strict periodicity in Harmonic Sinusoidal Speech Model (HSSM), regarding the amplitudes ^ frequencies and pitch as fixed value, confirm the phase parameters combined as a vector called the Phase Model. Then according as the Least Square Criterion and Matrix Pseudo-Inverse Method, estimate and obtain the optimum phase parameters. It is also utilized in the wideband speech coding algorithm through extracting, quantizing the parameters and synthesizing the reconstructed speech. Simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm can reconstruct speech with high accuracy and satisfy synthesis speech quality.
