Abstract :
Given a stable nominal system matrix A, let some of the matrix coefficients aij be perturbed by unknown but bounded amounts ¿aij. Sufficient conditions are given to guarantee the stability of the perturbed matrix under any combination of coefficient perturbations in the specified range.
