Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to extend the results of [1] on stability of fast periodic linear systems to systems with time delays. The asymptotic stability criterion for a class of time lag systems is derived and a comparison to a non-delay case is made. It is demonstrated that small delays can significantly affect the stability properties of this class of systems.
