Abstract :
In [1] signal compensation methods for time-varying adaptive control were proposed but offered no analysis of the algorithm. This paper presents the analysis of aforementioned algorithm for the case of one-step-ahead controller. With some reasonable assumptions and some minor modifications of the algorithm, the algorithm is proved to be stable if the time-varying rate of the plant is not too fast.
