  • Abstract
    The H∞ problem has a lower bound associated with it known as Parrott´s lower bound. Here such a bound is explicitly written in terms of the parameters of the H∞ Riccati equation. Also continuity and monotonicity of the eigenvalues of the Riccati equation solution as the cost bound varies, are established.
