Abstract :
This paper presents an iterative synthesis procedure for minimax model matching for nonrational transfer matrices. Such model matching arises from various robust feedback control designs for a class of multi-input/ multi-output distributed parameter systems. Within each iteration only finite dimensional algorithms are utlized. The convergence of system performance to the H¿-optimum is established.
