Abstract
This paper presents necessary and sufficient conditions for quadratic stability of uncertain linear continuous time systems with time varying parametric uncertainties. The approach can cope with a large class of uncertainties : various sources of uncertainties (which may depend on a parameter vector) may be considered ; the uncertainties may be structured or not. The discrete time case is also treated and sufficient conditions are given for the same class of uncertainties.
