Abstract :
In this note we present a new improved algorithm for reduced-order observers. The various design techniques are computationally efficient and based on the block Hessenberg forms. In particular we reformulate the problem of designing reduced-order observers to a problem of designing full-order observers on a reduced-order subspace.
