Abstract :
In several control design techniques such as multivariable proportional and integral control, linear quadratic Gaussian with loop transfer recovery, response shaping, etc., it becomes necessary to find pseudo inputs and/or outputs, such that the system with these modified input or output matrices has its transmission zeros at certain desired locations. In this paper, conditions for existence of such pseudo inputs and/or outputs are established. and computational algorithms for their computation are proposed.
