Abstract
The paper describes a new guidance law design process for the terminal homing phase of a radar missile against a maneuvering target with ECM capability. The process is based on a zero-sum, imperfect information differential game formulation and on the concept of mixed strategies. It is demonstrated that the resulting Mixed Guidance Strategy (MGS) has a much better performance than any known guidance law.
