Abstract :
This paper analyzes the performance and robustness properties of a control architecture that has been recently proposed [4,5] for uncertain systems. The proposed architecture adjusts the control input based on an estimate of the uncertainty effects. The analysis shows that the effectiveness of the architecture is due to an inherently large control system bandwidth, and illustrates its limitations.
