Abstract :
Treating causality constraints, this paper studies the optimal syntheses of multirate sampled-data systems with H2 and H∞ performance criteria. Explicit solutions to both the H2 and H∞, problems are obtained by input-output space extensions (lifting) and frequency-domain techniques.
