Abstract :
The change in orientation of a moving object is modeled in this paper. The associated angular velocity is determined through an orthonormal interpolation technique in two steps. This involves solving a linear equation and a polynomial equation of order 5. Simulation shows that the method works effectively even when large errors occur in data measurement and processing.
