Abstract :
In this paper, we give out the result for the asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system of the deterministic coefficients linear constant control systems without time-delays xi (t)=¿j=1n aijxj (t)+ ¿mf=1 b1f uf (t), i=1,...,n imply the robust asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system of the interval coefficients neutral type linear constant control systems with multi-group multi-delays xi (t)= ¿nj=1 a-(0)1ij xj(t)+ ¿1r=1 ¿nj=1 a-(r)1ij [xj (t-¿(r)1ij)-xj (t)] + ¿2l=1 ¿nj=1 a-(1)21j [xj (t-¿(1)21j)-x1 (t)] + ¿mf=1 b1if uf (t), i=1,...,n. At the same time, we give out the estimate formulae of the interval length limitations and time delay limitation.
