Abstract :
A rationale and proposed strategy for control of forces resulting from unbalanced conditions on the NASA Cantrifuge Facility Project mass balance testbed is explained. The strategy is based upon a five rigid body state variable format model of the testbed. The motivation for the testbed study and the status of the realization of the algorithm for controlling the testbed hardware are described.
