Abstract :
The measurement of externally observable radar parameters emanating from complex emitters, especially in dense signal environments, has been time consuming, labor intensive, error prone, and usually not real time. A self documenting, operator interactive technique employing an optimum combination of real time digital signal processing and color graphics has been developed and is described.
