  • Abstract
    The paper outlines the structure of programme contribution and distribution arrangements for the radio and television networks of the British Broadcasting Corporation. It elaborates on the electrical power supply requirements at key points in the programme chain and the BBC´s approach to meeting them. Special design features of power equipment used for outside broadcasts, at studio centres and at transmitting stations are considered.
