Defense Data Network Subscriber Integration

Management of Defense Data Network (DEN) subscriber integration has become a complex task. This paper discusses database oriented methodologies used to provide accurate and efficient management information. It also details an automated tracking system that maintains components, including subscriber hosts and terminals. A high degree of sophistication, characterized by normalized relational databases and specialized user-oriented interfaces, have resulted in transparent views of multi-dimensional information sources. The system fully supports both the single and integrated views necessary for various levels of camponent and project management.
