  • Abstract
    This paper defines network function and information flow to process the calls between Wibro and mobile phone, Wibro and wired phone which is resulted from number portability of Wibro VoIP by using NPSS. This paper also defines new number portability system, network function, information interface packet and system function according to the requirement of number portability.
