  • Abstract
    With the enormous market potential in the automotive industry and the rapid development of information technology, telematics services have become a novel research and development area in mobile computing and intelligent automobiles. Providers have proposed many telematics services, such as on-demand navigation, emergency road service (ERS), media streaming, insurance and safety features, remote diagnostics, entertainment, e-commerce, business, and Web browsing. To provide various services in the vehicular environment, in this paper, we define the user-case and application interface for V2V and V21 communications, and design the UML of vehicle application services in VIM projects.
