  • Abstract
    Patent information could extract technological, economical and legal value from patents in order to highlight specific features and provide insights into technological developments in specific fields. Patent map is a tool for making innovation decisions and acquainting the patent technology development from the facets. This paper introduced the concept, types and function of patent map. The design of three major kinds of patent map patent map was analyzed based on some examples. The fabrication process and the model of patent acquisition based on Internet were built. A knowledge acquisition system based on patent map was developed by using the techniques of database, patent knowledge and expert. The patent decision systems based on multi-agents was developed which was help to build an innovation.
