Abstract :
This paper presents an Active-RC low-pass filter for WiMedia UWB RF transceiver. Butterworth type is used for meeting the attenuation at stop band and insertion loss for pass band of WiMedia UWB system. 3 bits tuning block is used for matching needed bandwidth and Q factor. The cutoff bandwidth is 290 MHz and current consumption is about 9.7 mA for QPSK modulation. It shows good operation in the RF transceiver.
