Abstract :
It is formed the information model of data presentation for software reliability estimation framework. The static (model of Nel´sona) and run-time (S-resembling slow rise of reliability on the basis of Poisson distribution) models of software reliability estimation were chosen. The information model allows to project and develop software environment for testing and estimation of reliability of programming systems.
