Abstract :
Researches on information communication and technology (ICT) teacherspsila training are focused on training courses and train models in recent years, thus by lacking to probe into theories which support training, such as learning theories, activity theory and knowledge management theory. This paper briefly describes those theories above, and explores ICT teacherspsila training from multiple theoretical perspectives.
