  • Abstract
    Electronic interactive service platform introduced in this article is an E-platform based on Internet and mobile phone, orienting the city-based government, aiming to guide and help those entrepreneurs to whom government provide most assists. Given the current political and economic situations, Chinapsilas future economic development is in urgent need to be driven by increasing domestic demands; and to guide and encourage more people to start up their own business and fully explore the source of wealth creation will be one of the primary means to expand domestic demands. The establishment of E-platform between the entrepreneurs and local governments will effectively guide and encourage increasing people to start up business. And their development will in turn help to facilitate the regional development and form good venture environment and create benign talent link so as to enhance local economic development and the overall quality of local people to help our country to maintain sustainable and rapid development of economy.
