  • Abstract
The paper discusses the significance of training new military personnel to accelerate the development of navy weapon and equipment system. In order to cultivate more new military personnel, it is an important part to enhance the teaching quality in practical process. Meanwhile, to effectively evaluate students\´ learning effect in practical process is also the important measure to cultivate personnel with innovation spirit. In accordance with the synthetic evaluation problem of students\´ experiment performance, taking into account various factors that influence experiment grades, avoiding many disadvantages brought about from the conventional examination, we established the evaluation system, and carried out synthetic evaluation of studentspsila experiment grades by adopting the "grey system theory", establishing the "grey evaluation model", and programming with MATLAB. The grey evaluation model followed the following steps: At first, the evaluation index is defined. Secondly, the weight vectors are determined. Thirdly, evaluation sample matrix is formed. Fourthly, the gray categories of evaluation are determined and the grey evaluation modulus is calculated. In the final stage, overall evaluation value are calculated and put in sequence. A case study in Dalian Naval Academy is provided to demonstrate the application of this method. The finding clearly indicates that the grey evaluation model may successfully evaluated students\´ comprehensive learning capacity.
