  • Abstract
    In order to meet the high speed demand of the airborne hydraulic pump, speed increase gearbox is often used to increase the general motor´s speed in the hydraulic testing bed. Gear backlash is always existed in the gear mesh and it will make the whole system have the strong nonlinear character. The whole system including nonlinear character is analyzed by using mathematic modeling. Predictive control based on neural network has been proposed to control the speed of the airborne hydraulic pump. The control result of the predictive control based on neural network has great superiority, which reduces the effect of gear backlash. The study results show that the system has good dynamic responsibility, good tracking performance and strong robustness.
