Abstract
This paper introduced the Sakai e-learning platform and blended learning, discussed the design of blended learning based on Sakai according to writerpsilas teaching experiences, including the design of learning resources, the design of learning activities and the design of learning evaluation. We found that Sakai platform can effectively implement the blended learning and greatly improve teaching quality and efficiency.
