Abstract :
The model of city E-service with grid based on new growth theory will have the long-time life time according to the theory of endogenous growth, learning-by-doing and Knowledge spillovers theory. Learning by doing theory makes the model more efficiency. Knowledge spillovers theory makes the entourage organization grow up together. The grid computing theory gives the city platform more power. The grid computing make it possible that data grids or the controlled sharing and management of large amounts of distributed data such as the knowledge base and foundation data base. The study will keep the knowledge of city E-service fresh and innovated. The appliance of the study in Shanghai China is proven it´s efficiency.
