Strategic Research on Constructing and Developing Resources for Modern Distance Education Project in Rural K-12

Resources construction is the key element of modern distance education project in rural K-12. But how to design and develop the high-quality and easy-to-use resources is still an important problem. In order to make the resources more applicable and useable, Resources construction should pay attention to resourcespsila actual using situation from the userspsila real need. This essay presented a new model: situation analysis, function extracting, and system framework for design and developing modern distance resource, and give some suggestion from this perspective.
