Research on College English Teaching Mold Promoting Students´ Individual Self-Learning

The teaching reform based on the technology of computer and the Internet has been carried out for years in NCEPU. We have been searching for better a teaching mold combining class teaching with studentspsila online self-autonomous learning, which both overcome the weaknesses and inherits the advantages in traditional teaching. After the teaching reform, we compare the studentspsila performances in experimental classes and in traditional classes, and find that students in experimental classes are better than those in traditional classes, which confirms that the new teaching mode can better promote studentspsila self-learning ability and practical English capacity. Thus this new teaching mode is proved to be superior to the traditional one and is worthy of further research and extension.
