Abstract :
The paper researches the structures of micro-incentive mechanism in teaching management, and puts forward two key elements of measuring micro-incentive mechanism, namely measuring quantitative and price of teaching activity, and then we provide some typical examples of micro-incentive mechanism and study the effects to teaching quality of different choices, and we also give some proxies of utilities of the schools, teachers and students, and analyze utility relationships of schools, students and teachers by empirical methods under different micro-incentive mechanisms, and give some important references to make micro-incentive mechanism by managers.
