Abstract
The increasing disasters have led to the development of the disruption management. It is important to attempt to measure the relative efficiency of the input and output, which are from a group of nearly homogeneous departments in the disruption. The global data envelopment analysis (GDEA) methodology enables to aggregate performance results in order to obtain an overall performance measure through the comparison of a group of decision units. This paper conducts an application of the GDEA methodology, which evaluates the performance of the fire succoring of coal mine. The indicators concern both the fire and medical activities. The results reveal that those departments more efficiently carry out these activities.
