Abstract

This paper analyzes the educational status of the major in engineering management in Chinese University, points out the deficiency of current educational system for cultivating studentspsila innovative and practical ability. Learning from other countriespsila advanced educational experience, and based on authorspsila experience, the thesis puts forward that IT use in teaching, cooperating with enterprises, training students in practical engineering circumstance and R&D project are effective methods for studentspsila comprehensive ability cultivating.
