Reflections and Reconstruction of the Culture of Scientific Research Works in Local Institutions of Higher Learning

The culture of scientific research acts as an integrated part of the organization culture. In local institutions of higher learning, the research culture shall basically feature scientificalness, advancement, innovativeness as well as humanism. However, during the process of development of research culture, such problems as insufficient understanding of the whole, lacking of institutional construction and ignorance of the spiritual culture etc. are quite common in many local colleges and universities. In order to conduct reconstruction of the scientific research culture, we shall make every effort to take the spiritual culture as the core, to strengthen environmental construction, to foster scientific spirit and team spirit while adhering to the people-oriented theory and to pay attention to humanistic care so as to enhance social responsibility.
