Abstract :
In this paper we present the methodology and guidelines for the fabrication of wideband planar antenna arrays, for ISM band applications. The fabrication is carried-out by hand using off-the-shelf components, ensuring an extremely low-cost process and rapid prototyping. The methodology is addressed to radio amateurs, or less skilled individuals wishing to deploy WLAN networks in a quick and inexpensive manner.
