Abstract
Statistical studies on the reflection coefficient of building facades are made using a fast and accurate method based on the equivalence principle and the Green´s functions. The main goal is to quantify how the random distribution of windows, with different sizes, influences the total reflection coefficient of the building. The study is performed in two parts: in the first part the same percentage of windows is distributed randomly on the building facade; in the second part a small variation is added to the size of windows with standard form and fixed distribution.
