Abstract :
This paper presents a brief summary of various approaches that the authors have taken to address the multi-scale nature of many real-life electromagnetic problems. The developments of non-conformal domain decomposition methods, the hybridization of numerical and high frequency methods, and the discontinuous Galerkin methods have shown great promises through a few challenging electromagnetic applications.
