  • Abstract
    MEMS engineering is the cutting edge technology for the nearest future. The authors presented the actual state of MEMS education in Ukraine, analyzed problems and challenges, and proposed the structure of MEMS design education center for supporting quality engineering specialists in Technical Universities.
