  • Abstract
    The EMI/EMC/ESD test limits followed by different space agencies such as ISRO, EURO and ALCATEL are compared in this paper. The EMI margins available between the emission and susceptibility limits are estimated. The ESD tests carried out at equipment level, the ESD test levels and their applicability are also discussed. This paper details the comparison of EMI/EMC/ESD test limits for a typical spacecraft scenario, wherein the main frame elements, the payload elements and special equipments are made by different space agencies.
