To improve the objectivity of evaluating CEO candidatespsila profiles, according to the scores which experts give following from their histories, presents and predicted data sets are presented. A kind of decision-making model based upon grey theory has been established. Using the model would promote the accuracy of the weights which is the output of AHP method, minimize expertspsila preferences, overcome the incomplete and unclear of candidatespsila information, and get an intuitionistic numerical value to help make decision through simple computing. Doing so would help company select the most suitable CEO.
