Abstract :
This paper presents the target-based software process evaluation model (TSPEM) with the decomposition and analysis of the organization goals and application of typical technology of statistical process control (SPC). This paper also achieves assessment of each subprocess by analyzing the mapping relationship among organization goals, metric indicators and subprocesses. At the end of this paper, an example is provided as the application of this model.
