Abstract
According to the actuality of the systemic test on the compactor machine of MSW(municipal solid waste), a combined scheme relateing to virtual system based on Lab VIEW is put forward. This article is aimed at studying on the compacting characteristics of the experiment flat so as to design the advanced system for the purpose of compaction and data acquisition and disposal further. Meanwhile, the design process of the system´s software and hardware are discribed as well the result of the program debugging. The realtime curves about data acquisition and disposal are gained through simulation in the LabVIEW. And by contrast in the experiment, a conclusion is drawed that the effect of the wedge-shape compaction is better than the plane-shape compaction. So the compaction angle should be adjusted during the compaction process. Under the requirements, the system´s function can be expanded through programming. All in all, the system can greatly satisfy the requirements of the test.
