Abstract :
Itpsilas a complicated system engineering to organize the comprehensive games which is a challenge to traditional project management. This paper, based on mature project management software, studies the project management system of comprehensive games, including establishing the purpose, constructing the systematic structural model, designing the process and function and analyzing the expected effect of the system. The author hopes to provide a favorable decision-making tool for the high level executives, improve the organizing and managing skills for comprehensive games and furthermore accelerate the informalization of games management.
