Abstract
In this paper, we proposed the indoor localization footwear system based on RFID and smart floor. The proposed system which has RFID reader in the inside of footwear is convenient for user without any-other devices. In addition, RFID glove is used for activity monitoring in house. Both RFID reader, to send data by using sensor network platform and RFID tag are the size of 6 cm times 6 cm, the shape of quadrangle, and operate in the frequency of 13.56 MHz. The range of recognition is under the influence of the frequency and size. The result of experiments demonstrates that the way we propose can help to improve quality of life for old people who live alone.
