Abstract :
The structure of the biconical antenna leads it to be a popular broadband antenna. And research on this antenna has been of great practical value. The purpose of this paper is to help to design a biconical antenna with working frequency of 30 MHz-100 MHz. We use the electrical dipole model to analyze the electromagnetic characteristic and then calculate the current distribution on the antenna, which is an effective way of finding the solution to design the required antenna.
