The Solution to Version Management of Car Web Components

With the rapid development of Web services on Internet, in the process management of distributed executable software, version management of Web components is more and more important. This paper mainly studied the version management of CAR (component assembly runtime) Web component, gave a solution to that. We gave the four-level numbering method of CAR componentpsilas version firstly; then put forward the conception of all-matched flag variable of component versions, implemented a version manager of CAR Web components on the platform of CAR component running. We put up six rules of version management of CAR web components, which are the key policies of version management. The solution has been implemented and used in Elastos cell phone now. The results of testing show that it effectively improves the security of component running on the web environment.
